At this time we''re seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager at ourNEW STORE OPENINGin King of Prussia! This person should have an abundance of energy and ability to tackle all challenges head-on. With more restaurants opening on the horizon, there''s outstanding room to grow from within.
REQUIREMENTS
4
years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
High volume background; must have KM experience in restaurants doing over $2.5 million in sales per year
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous six years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
