JOB
Summary:
By working in a professional team setting, the student will contribute towards sales production, customer service and administrative processes relevant to the health care insurance industry.
MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Learn Sales Call Center functions and processes
Learn to deal with prospects, clients and brokers in a professional manner
Answer incoming calls when necessary and make outbound calls to obtain information from prospects, clients and brokers. Assist Small Business Sales Team and Broker Department with sales, renewals and related administrative processes.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Interpersonal and organizational skills, a high level of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
Computer and phone skills necessary.

Experience:
Preferred Majors: Business, Health Care & Marketing
