Responsible for the companys construction business development and overall sales. Promote sales of company products and services by preparing and monitoring sales proposals. Design and submit estimates to gain new profitable accounts. Estimate information to include expected time for completion, price, # of crews and trucks, contact person, time of job and any special needs. Record all aspects of the sales process up to and including closing the sale. Plan, direct and coordinate all sales pertaining activities. Develop a business plan for attaining the budgeted revenue after researching strengths and areas of improvement of MSB construction projects. Utilize various resources and contacts to develop sales leads, and develop new projects. Research and report on all prospects and proposals regularly. Research, report and develop key business sectors. Review all contracts and determine their profitability. Identify potential markets and analyze statistical data to determine their sales potential. Set up annual sales targets and meet them. Work with customers and track and monitor their preferences. Confer with customers to determine their products and service needs. Plan advertising in conjunction with management. Determine pricing strategy, pricing, and discount rates. Prepare daily, monthly and other requested reports on all related business prospects and proposals regularly. Prepare and monitor budgets. Manage all work instructions pertaining to sales. Train and monitor sales representatives.
Required: Bachelor in Business Admin/Liberal Arts or related field and 5 years experience in job offered or in related sales or business development occupation

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
