Night shift premium is 11% of base wage for all options.
Weekends are 7:00pm Friday through 7:00am Monday.
Mandatory weekend ''Call'' qualifies for the weekend commitment in procedural and surgery areas.
Transfers within the Work/Life Choice Program -The RN may transfer to a different option after 6 months, unless transferring to a higher option. (See Transfer Policy for more details). The RN may work more than the required hours; however the rate will not change unless an option transfer is completed.
Must have 1 year of RN experience to qualify for this program.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
