JOB TITLE: F-22 Senior Acquisition Manager
PROJECT Overview:
You will be an important member of an acquisition support team providing continued program expertise in F-22 life cycle management. You will perform this work in the F-22 Program Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As a highly skilled professional you will be a member of a team of acquisition experts who will provide on-going support for the maintenance, upgrade, and modernization of the F-22 aircraft.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND
Responsibilities:
The F-22 Senior Acquisition Manager will advise, in the management of all phases of the weapon system life cycle for F-22 upgrades and modifications to include development, planning,and staffing of acquisition strategies program milestones ,and Defense Acquisition Review Boards. Assists in the development and update of F-22 Acquisition Documentation such as the Lifcycle Management Plans and the Program Management Agreement.
Supports technical program management and planning, acquisition support, logistics support. Develops key program metrics and performs periodic reviews to identify potential program deficiencies. Develops risk management plans and strategies to monitor Prime and subcontractor performance. Analyzes Earned Value Management System reports. Develops POM inputs based on JROC-validated requirements.
Provides advisory subject matter expertise for the update and delivery of the following:
Defense Acquisition Executive Summary inputs
Monthly Acquisition Reports
All Selected Acquisition Report inputs to Congress
Acquisition Program Baselines for ACAT programs
Acquisition Strategy Reports
Supports a variety of senior leadership Boards, Steering Groups, and Process Reviews.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Ten years' experience with F-22 or similar weapons system in modernization /sustainment phase
Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university
At least ten years of experience performing life cycle management
DESIRED SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Significant previous experience providing acquisition support to the F-22 Program Office

years acquisition management experience and progressively higher levels as a former USAF military or civilian employee.
