Research, design and execute IT projects for client-server applications within time frame and budget, ascertain business needs/requirements, evaluate options and define project framework, prepare functional and technical specifications and design documents, conduct performance tuning, assist with implementation, prepare test plans and strategies, update project status and prepare supporting documentation. Work with Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, Websphere, Eclipse, Oracle, SQL, HTML/XML, UML, Javascript, TOAD, SOAP, Ajax, Spring and Hibernate. Master's degree plus 12 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required. No telecommuting.
