A global leader in manufacturing of consumer goods, has an IMMEDIATE NEED for Manufacturing Engineer to join their company. Ideal candidate will have 8 plus years experience to direct and coordinate plant Manufacturing Engineering activities including Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and IE. This position requires a person who has hands on experience with a facilities upkeep and maintenance as well as managing a team of Maintenance Techs. Knowledge of programming PLCs is a plus. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer
Evaluates, trouble shoots, develops designs and implements manufacturing process controls for all assigned programs manufactured in-house, to insure high quality, productivity, and cost efficiencies.
Drive, manage, measure and report company cost saving programs to exceed budget
Work with the Plant Manager and Staff to develop and grow the Plant Lean Continuous Improvement programs
Develop and deploy a strategy utilizing both the tools and the dynamic systems of Lean/ Kaizen/ Six Sigma/ TQM
Provide support to the maintenance department in equipment trouble shooting to reduce / eliminate downtime.
PLC Programming, Troubleshooting, Optimization
Participate in tooling and equipment follow-up and validations.
Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineer
BS in Engineering with 6
years Manufacturing Experience or equivalent experience plus 3 years of management.
AutoCAD/ Solidworks, Electrical and mechanical; PLC software/programming; Logic reading.
Equipment and structure maintenance
Must have strong background in lean manufacturing / kaizen events
Six Sigma Black or Green belt is a plus
Vendor management
Experience working in a JIT Manufacturing environment is a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
