REQUIRED:
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a program analyst (preferably in a government environment)
Experience supporting client briefings and large group facilitation
Proven ability to use critical thinking skills
Ability to work with client in developing policy, strategy, and guidance related to planning
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing skills
An approach to work that includes initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to work independently on a variety of assignments with minimal supervision
Very strong organizational and business process skills
Ability to work with senior managers, supervisors and constituents
Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
Ability to understand the significance of the client''s organizational culture and support organizational standards
Knowledge and proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Under the supervision of a Triumph Client Solutions Team Lead (CTSL), the CSTM/Program Management Analyst will:
Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify issues, trends and best practices, determine client''s goals and objectives and identify appropriate strategies to support the client''s mission/vision related to cyber aspects of the Sector Specific Plans
Serve as a strategy consultant to provide program support on a wide range of enterprise service-related activities, including strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, cyber workforce analysis, cyber policy development and coordination, risk management and emerging technology
Report and track problems related to Information Assurance/Cyber Security
Document resolutions related to IA/Cyber security performance
Support research, analysis, logistics, and presentation planning efforts
Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct briefings to communicate the results and status of project plans and progress
Interpret established guidelines and recommend process improvements that will result in increased organizational efficiency related to program support
Coordinate and oversee special projects as needed

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
