Supports the Casino Operations Director and his Leadership Team by providing administrative and logistical services. Coordinates and gathers the necessary data from multiple sources (including but not limited to PDI, Snake Eyes, Excel) to compile reports for the Casino Operations division. Tracks various location and District Manager specific information. Coordinates and schedules various training sessions and related activities statewide. Retrieves and coordinates the necessary information and documents for DOJ personal background checks for Managers and employees as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1. Track cash audits and inspections by locations and districts. Compile monthly reports.
2. Prepare, key information, and generate reports for bonuses monthly.
3. Generate monthly machine and cash adjustment report - Distribute to District Managers.
4. Compile and generate market share reports - distribute .
5. Personal Histories - Compile and develop forms to be sent to managers, complete documentation, ensure accuracy and forward all information to the State. Maintain log book, keep current and make copies of all documents.
6. Log, track, and distribute Medcor information.
7. Compile reports such as U-1reports and negative check files, log District Managers.
8. Paperwork corrections - Review request for changes to paperwork from the field, request changes to office bookkeepers and ensure accuracy.
9. Coordinate TIPS training sessions statewide, send information to TIPS for scoring, keep copies, send certificates and gift cards, order booklets.
10. Assist with Player's Club reports and investigations.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
1. This position may require travel to storage facility and/or locations.
2. Conduct various other special projects as assigned.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to operate and communicate on a telephone effectively.
Ability to operate a facsimile machine and a copy machine.
Ability to operate 10 key pad with speed and accuracy.
Excellent organization and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a concise and accurate manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers, vendors, employees (field and corporate), management, and all other levels of office and field staff.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Associate''s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year experience with Town Pump preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel and have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Monarch, excel converter etc. Strong computer skills to include learning and using various software and associated computer devices.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
