The Institutional Sales Specialist is accountable to achieve sales quota by delivering market share and market share growth as well as other key metrics in the assigned territory. The individual executes the company's brand strategy and tactics within the assigned institutional customer segment, which may include members of large hospital systems / IDNs, clinics and federal, teaching, city, and community hospitals. The Institutional Sales Specialist influences clinical and non clinical stakeholders within assigned institutions to support the use of Janssen and J&J products in the treatment of relevant disease states by applying in-depth clinical and business expertise, and effective Institutional selling skills. The Institutional Sales Specialist approaches each customer from a total account management perspective, by leveraging resources appropriately, collaborating with business partners and accurately articulating the value proposition for the customer, including key stakeholders such as Quality Management, Case Management, Risk Management and future emerging influencers.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: excellent written and oral communication skills, a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and three (3) or more years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry or large account management experience is required. Cardiovascular and/or Diabetes experience is preferred. Prior institutional account experience is preferred. A documented track record of sales results is required. The ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel, is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
