The candidate will play a key role on the legal team supporting organization?s growing sales team. Reports to the Director, Senior Counsel. Responsibilities/Duties: Efficiently and effectively draft, negotiate and manage a high volume and variety of commercial transactions, including to, master subscription agreements, services agreements, renewals, SOWs, amendments, vendor contracts, partner agreements, RFPs, NDAs, and others as needed. Collaborate with internal business owners and subject matter experts to ensure that customer agreements are aligned with business objectives. Perform all functions with a high level of accuracy, accountability and initiative.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
