Position Description
The successful candidate will work with a diverse group, including management, engineering, and operations and maintenance, while collecting information to develop a database that will help facilities provide more rapid planning for new tool installations, and develop a database the provides critical system information at the ease of a quick web based search. The candidate must be willing to perform a considerable amount of data collection work that requires pulling information out of AutoCAD drawings and assembling this information into organized excel spreadsheets that can later be mapped into an Access Database. This type of work will provide the successful candidate a broad vision of working within a diverse Facilities Organization and expose them to multiple engineering disciplines in the construction/facilities/maintenance & operations environment.
Position Requirements
-Current college student pursuing related degree
-The candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office
- Be knowledgeable of reviewing documents in AutoCAD, and at times perform field work that is not available electronically.
