The candidate will provide a broad range of legal counsel and support for various business lines included within the corn business unit. Will abide by and demonstrates the company Mission ? Vision ? Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis. Work with business partners to understand business strategy and priorities to ensure a close fit between the business and legal function. Adhere to and participate in Company?s mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs / practices. Provide counsel and advice on a variety of legal issues and challenges. Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of legal agreements, including supply, tolling, distributor, warehouse, transportation and real estate related agreements. Provide counsel and support with respect to global joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisition. Provide pre-litigation counsel, strategy and support.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
