Our non-profit client located near Santa Ana, CA is looking for a Full Time Genesys Engineer with the following skills and
Experience:
Qualified candidate must have strong hands-on experience with the Genesys Framework (configuration, routing strategies, Infomart), outbound dialer, WFM, CTI.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD ALSO HAVE:
Minimum 5 years of IT experience in system development.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in terms less technical people can understand.
Experience in participating in requirements definition studies.
Ability to make recommendations for technical improvements of existing systems.
Utilize agile methodology throughout the project life cycle.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a team environment.
Additional desirable skills (but not required) IWD, Hammer Testing, Genesys Universal Routing Server (URS)
Salary is $90-110K DOE, those authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered. We are not able to sponsor at this time.
