Assistant General Counsel - Online
The candidate will support the Online BU (OBU). Will be responsible for interacting and communicating with senior OBU management on key ecommerce and regulatory initiatives. Work cross-functionally with the OBU, IT, Shop Your Way and Marketing teams. Identify, propose and drive solutions to address risks across SHC?s online, mobile and e-commerce businesses, products, services and systems. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts, including content license agreements, seller agreements, confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, SAAS agreements, statements of work, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, and website development and hosting agreements. Provide counseling with respect to privacy, online advertising, online marketing and e-commerce matters. Review mobile applications and texting, email and social media campaigns. Draft terms of use, EULA?s and end-user terms and conditions. Conduct client training on legal issues. Counsel clients on business risks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
