Our client is currently looking to full a position of finder and dispatcher, for a freight brokerage
His/her duties are (but not limited to)
- Matching and finding trucks for available customer freight
- Negotiating with carriers
- Expanding the current spot/contract carrier base,
- and creating strategic relationships with existing and new carriers towards long term relationships, which will turn into savings, better coverage, and increasing capacity for the company
- quoting some customer requirements in various modes of transport, according to the company guidelines
- find and improve ways to improve profit, by finding lower costs in transportation
