The Volt Onsite Coordinator will be a first level facilitator and assist with the recruitment and selection process for our client in Seneca, SC. They will provide a continuous flow of qualified candidates from various recruiting sources. They will be working directly with the candidates to determine availability, technical aptitude, personality fit and skill assessment. They will need to ensure that all candidate and employee related data is entered into Volt''s computer system. This position will provide the staffing and employee relations support for all temporary employees on assignment at the customer location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison and represent Volt Workforce Solutions and the client in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
Address and resolve all employee relations issues as well as contingent workforce questions and concerns in a confidential manner
Conduct new-hire orientation, including completion of required paperwork
Verify candidate references
Counsel Employees on issues including, but not limited to performance, professionalism, attire, language, attendance and policies
Utilize electronic process in recruiting, job boards and databases to source candidates
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Other duties as assigned
## Job Requirements
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service skills; ability to work with various personalities
Ability to develop open and positive customer relations
Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to successfully communicate in-person and by telephone with internal staff, external customers and field employees
Experience in managing multiple projects/deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have a minimum 2-3 years experience in administrative or clerical functions
Previous experience in Human Resources or related post-secondary education and/or equivalent business experience a plus
Associates Degree or Bachelor''s Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be able to meet pre-employment drug screen and 7 year criminal background check
Ability to arrive to work at a specified time (Hours will typically be 7AM - 4PM)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
