Volt is recruiting for mid to senior-level .Net Developers for multiple roles throughout the Midwest. Both direct placement and contract opportunities available.
This position will perform standard software development tasks associated with the design and development of new application functionality or maintenance. These tasks may include analysis, design, prototyping, coding testing, training and documentation.
Demonstrate a rational and organized approach to completed tasks, producing required documentation and reporting project status.
Provide application support services. Maintain availability for production support during normal business hours; maintain availability for production support after hours in a scheduled rotation.
Demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment and the ability to take initiative and creatively solve complex problems.
## Job Requirements
Perform programming tasks using Object Oriented Programming Language.
Preferred languages are Framework and .NET. Perform programming tasks using SQL.
Mid-level to senior-level developers and should be proficient in the following technologies. MVC 3 through 5, .NET 3.5 to 4.5, Microsoft C#, Visual Studio 2010 or Visual Studio 2012 (which is what we are using now), RESTFul Web Service Development, HTML5, CSS3, Web API, SQL Server 2008 and 2012, JQuery and JavaScript.
Bachelor''s Degree in related field.
Experienced in working in a team environment.
Excellent in communication with project manager, technical team lead, team members and customer.
Able to keep supervisor and management informed on issues and the status of work planned and completed.
Able to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Able to handle multiple projects.
