The main purpose of this position is to sell rental option packages to families who are unable to become owners the day of presentation.

Ensure all stamps are on the tour sheet.
Ensure families know where to receive their gift.
Provide customer service to all potential owners.
Make sure the sales representatives are available to go on another tour.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must have 6 years timeshare sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
