The Blackstone Technology Group is hiring a seasoned Microsoft CRM technical leader to design and deliver enterprise customer relationship management solutions for the public sector. The CRM Tech Lead/Senior Architect serves as the primary individual for leading the team in designing sound CRM solutions based on requirements, and for overseeing the design, development, deployment, and overall project management aspects of a project. The CRM Tech Lead will play a critical role in the Blackstone Technology Group Federal Practice by driving innovative solutions for the Microsoft Center of Excellence to share ideas and lessons learned across all projects in the practice. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting sales efforts by creating demos that anticipate client needs and effective presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical efforts to configure, develop and customize CRM as appropriate to support foundational CRM components for Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Service Request Management, Knowledge Base/FAQs, and CTI Integration. Works closely with developers to build out custom CRM functionality as necessary.
Meet/interview
clients
to capture specific requirements in concise format. Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions/ documentation on selected customer systems and objectives.
Translate business requirements and to-be processes into a system design for the CRM solution.
Analyzes the client's information architecture, understands agency and departmental security requirements, to design and develop organizational taxonomies, policies, procedures, and solutions.
Assist in conceiving architectural designs, delivering technical presentations, implementing large systems
Design and write code as required for selected customer systems
Support the management of a large-scale deployment

of MS Dynamics CRM.
Collaborate with 3rd party system owners to build integrations to CRM as appropriate (e.g., CTI, 3rd party data providers, etc)
Perform in the role of Enterprise or Partner Strategy Consultant and provide key personal link to Microsoft technology groups

Qualifications:
BA/BS in a technical, analysis, or mathematics field
Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security (U.S. Citizenship or Perm Resident status is required to do government contract).
7-15 yrs of related experience with a demonstrated ability to manage a large scale deployment of MS Dynamics CRM. Preferred experience in a Professional Services Consulting environment.
Formal training in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Solutions Framework, product futures, and relevant Certified Training associated with Microsoft's products.
Ability to architect a technical solution including detailed written/visual documentation with strong analytical and problem solving skills
This position requires expert knowledge of Microsoft CRM and Microsoft .NET development and architectures and a working knowledge of related technologies such as: SQL Server 200x, Internet Information Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint, Software modeling creating usecases, ERDs and UML diagrams, Microsoft's .NET technologies (MCSD.NET Certification Preferred), RDBMS (SQL Server), VB.NET/C#, and ASP.NET.
Proficient with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
Demonstrates very good written and oral presentation skills and outstanding client-interaction skills.
Thinks creatively and demonstrate the ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight. The incumbent should be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to work alone or in groups.
