Position Duties
Production Support Business Analyst position for a large, critical mainframe application used to register Extended Service Plan contracts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Single Point Of Contact for incident/request tickets from Business Customers
Annual Security & Controls related tasks (S-Ox application)
On-call pager rotation shared with several team members
Will coordinate work assignments with current support Subject Matter Expert
Minimum Requirements
3
years of mainframe support experience (online/batch), Cobol, DB2, IMS, Changeman/Endevor, TSO/ISPF, OS/JCL, SQL/Spufi
Bachelors of Science (Computer Science or related field preferred)
Preferred Requirements
Experience leading agency team members.
Prior experience in a Production Support role
