Paladin Attachments, a division of International Equipment Solutions, is looking for a dynamic person to join our team in Dexter, Michigan in the capacity of Financial Analyst.
POSITION
Summary: This position is responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of system and process improvements for financial tracking. Responsible for monthly reporting including forecasting and trend analysis within the organization.
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Key accountabilities:
Generate Monthly reporting packages for division.
Support SG&A departments with monthly data and analysis.
Tracks and ensures the delivery of operating plans through reporting and identification of key variances while driving recommended required actions to close gaps or capitalize on favorable trends.
Analyzes ROI and profitability for business initiatives.
Develops and approves recommendations to change systems, policies, and procedures; ensures timely and accurate implementation.
Communicates and interprets sales operating policies and procedures.
Maintains and updates financial reporting.
Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related area.
Prepare ad hoc analysis (staffing models, cost/benefit analysis, Capital Request)
EDUCATION/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of two (2) years job-related experience.
Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures, and practices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word, Outlook Exchange and proficient in Internet Explorer.
Communicate with all levels of internal personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Read, comprehend, interpret, and analyze moderately complex financial and business documents
Work under absolute deadlines.
Develop and maintain good working relationships.
Work in and Contribute to a positive team environment.
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Able to express ideas in a concise and organized manner.
Strong emphasis on quality of work product.
Continually looks for ways to improve process.

Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling can be expected.
Long periods of sitting and walking may also be expected in this position.
This position may require long periods of sitting, typing, computer entry or looking at a computer.
Work environment:
The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a manufacturing office environment.
Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing areas may be required and will require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection.
Team member must be mobile enough to navigate the manufacturing shop floor safely including walking and standing for up to four hours at a time.
Office lighting will be provided.
The work environment will include their own workstation or cubicle space equipped with a telephone, headset and computer.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
