Job Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting Project Manager's with the development and monitoring of all client projects. The overall goal of the Project Manager I is to ensure timely setup and resourcing of assigned projects, efficiently setup and track project hours and to accurately enter project information into various record keeping sources.
What we expect from you
Sets up and tracks time on projects
Schedules production resources as needed
Coordinates with other departments as necessary to track or monitor projects
Demonstrates experience working well in teams and with a wide variety of people
Maintains client information in project plan and NetSuite
Sets up new clients in company ERP and enters other required information
Tracks and posts team metrics
Reviews and addresses functionality checklist
Reviews project contract for any additional details needed
Performs a variety of administrative/clerical functions such as enter pre-launch assessment scores, schedule lunches, order small equipment and any other duties assigned
Demonstrates excellent organization and follow-up skills
Works independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
