Seacoast Angels, located in Kittery, is a new home care agency providing skilled nursing and therapy services in York county. We are currently accepting resumes for RNs/Case Managers.
POSITION
Summary:
The RN / Case Manager position provides professional nursing services for the traditional patient at home or in alternative settings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients based on a modified primary nursing approach. Such provision of care includes, but is not limited to:
Patient assessment - clinical and environmental
Coordination of related services
Patient and caregiver teaching
Development and revision of the plan of care
Skilled nursing care
Implementation of physician orders
Monitoring of patient response
Response to emergency patient needs
Psychosocial support
Completes all required patient care documentation and reports with accuracy and in a timely manner in accordance to internal and external regulatory requirements.
Corresponds with office personnel, physicians, and other health care providers to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.
Organizes daily work activities in accordance with patient needs, assuming on-call responsibilities and extended patient-related travel as required by the service area.
Guarantees use of proper protection during required work involving potentially hazardous agents and/or environments (i.e. handling of cytotoxic agents, blood and body fluids).
Works in a professional and ethical manner at allEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
