Brainshark, the industry leading provider of cloud-based, business presentation solutions, is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise-class platform that supports the entire suite of products.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Development, QA and Production Engineering teams
Organize and manage development workflow
Work in conjunction with Product Management to plan product releases
Nurture a culture where mentoring plays a significant role
Reporting to the CTO, assist in developing long-term technical direction
Continue to grow and cultivate the team to maintain high-quality, high-performing standards
Professional History Requirements
10
years of leadership experience as a VP, Director Manager of agile software development teams, with 10
years of overall technology experience
Prior experience as a software engineer
Experience working on large enterprise software applications, ideally in SaaS environments.
Proven history in building engineering organizations
Strong leadership capabilities, able to motivate, rally, and foster high-performing teams
Candidate Must:
Work well in an environment where communication is candid and often informal
Be able to moderate and facilitate different points of view
Be able to work in an environment where technology decisions are shared and might not always go their way
Be committed to leading a team that doesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
