Your Role
We are looking for creative, organized and professional photographers to provide unique content for our site, www.mynewplace.com, one of the nation's largest apartment and home rental websites. Responsibilities include:
Scheduling photo sessions with local clients.
Photographing apartment complexes and amenities, showcasing communities in their best light.
Upload unedited photographs to our photo team in a timely manner, we'll take care of the rest.
Opportunities to photograph various cities and neighborhoods, showcasing unique attributes of communities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional photographic experience.
Must own professional equipment including but not limited to: HDSLR/DSLR, sharp wide angle lens (12mm on cropped sensor, 18mm of full), strong tripod, external flash unit(s).
Proficiency in capturing HDR images through bracketing, working with fill flash and ability to properly white balance images.
Detail oriented and organized. Will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
