Account Executive (Sales Executive)

Company Name:
H.BLOOM
Position Type:
Full-time
The Account Executive role is critical to the foundation of H.Bloom's Sales Organization. As an Account Executive you will first engage in a twelve-week Sales SEED training program in New York City. The Sales SEED training is focused on lead generation, with the objective to dramatically increase the in-person meetings for your fellow Account Executives across the country. Lead generation will be done through massive (massive!) amounts of phone calls, emails, and account qualification.
In addition to daily lead generation responsibilities, Sales SEED participants will participate in regular sales training with our head of sales, and learn H.Bloom's business by shadowing drivers on deliveries, fellow Account Executives on meetings, and Designers in our design studio. Sales SEED participants will work from H.Bloom's Manhattan headquarters; the program is based upon H.Bloom's 18-month-old SEED Program for operations management training.
Once the Sales SEED participants are able to achieve monthly performance metrics, they will receive additional training to ultimately become an Account Executive in an H.Bloom market, including: New York City, Washington D.C., Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, San Jose, and opening soon in Orange County, San Diego, Houston, and Denver (with more to come!).
ResponsibilitiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
