Quality Assurance Lead
with Utilization Review and Worker Compensation experience. The individual should be interested in non-direct patient care in a non-active practice setting.
This role is for
quality assurance
of
medical peer reviews
and is administrative in nature. The individual will be a working manager, leading by showing, doing and training team members. We are seeking an individual who likes to be challenged mentally, is an effective communicator, enjoys research, pays close attention to detail, able to work independently, collaborate with the team, and able to meet deadlines. Candidates should have medical terminology, claims industry experience or a medical experience background with a strong to desire to learn and grow.
Experience/Abilities
:
Working within the Worker Compensation and Utilization Review insurance/medical industry a must.
Claims/Medical experience a must.
Ability to research and document clearly.
Excellent computer skills.
RN/LVN/PRN licensing preferred.
Supervisory background
Job skills must include excellent communication and grammar skills,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
