Strategic:
Ability to manage client expectations, foresee risks and develop leaders within the team.

Demonstrate experience in developing and executing technical strategies and independently leading technical strategic initiatives
Lead key internal knowledge building initiatives while developing quantitative models to support strategic analysis and value creation efforts
Lead strategy engagements through all key project deliverables including scoping, research, analysis, synthesis and communication

Operational:
Design & Implementation of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS Environment
Strong skill in consolidation of AD Domains, DFS and Backup & recovery of AD domains
AD scripting technologies
Knowledge of hardware virtualization technologies
Responsible for providing on-call support for Severity 1 Windows Server infrastructure related issues.
Monitoring overall system performance & ensuring smooth functionality of the systems
Ensuring user / customer satisfaction by taking preventive measures
Tracking the metrics to ensure SLA's are met. Developing standards, policies and procedures for operating
Full disaster recovery plan and practice
Migration and Mitigation planning
Assist to build and compliance with process and policies

People:
Oversee and monitor the delivery of work of the team and provide them technical guidance
Provide technical training and Business process training to technical team and staff.
Assist the team manager/Technical Lead in allocation of resources to tasks in order to ensure timely project delivery.
Scheduling of tasks and monitoring the progress/delivery of the team over timelines.
Promotes teamwork to develop & deliver successful solutionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
