COMMUNITY MANAGER - Cary, NC
The Community Manager is responsible for creating content for their assigned brand's social channels as well as monitoring, moderating and responding to customer issues, and sharing community insights with the cross-disciplinary client team. Qualified candidates for this role will have performed in a similar capacity, in an agency setting, on a Fortune 500 brand, in the past.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Supports in the development of cross-channel community strategies
o Becomes a brand advocate and expert for assigned client brands
o Administrator for brand social channels
o Develops and optimizes content for brand social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, blogs, YouTube, etc.)
o Attends events on behalf of brands
o Engages online community and proactively responds to brand related conversations to build personal relationships with community members
o Is familiar and comfortable with updating (non-programming related), navigating and utilizing each of the major socialEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
