Summary:
Serves as a key member of the Palmetto Primary Care multidisciplinary patient care team and the Senior Executive Team (SET). The Director effectively collaborates with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and cost-effective healthcare services.
The Clinical Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the ambulatory surgery center sites of the organization. Performs assigned duties while displaying the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct as well as acting in the best interest of Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, supporting our mission, vision, and values to optimize the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
Works with Medical Staff to assure high quality, safe, and efficient care.
Coordinates the appearance and upkeep of Ambulatory Surgery Center(s) to include safety and infection control monitors.
Ensures compliance with governing and regulatory agencies.
Ensures high patient satisfaction.
Integrates Ambulatory Surgery Center Services into the overall function of the organization.
Efficiently uses group practice and healthcare resources.
Achieves Joint Commission accreditation.
Contributes to quality improvement activities by actively participating in administrative and medical staff activities, serving on various committees, and suggesting and supporting process improvements.
Establishes clinical policies and procedures.
Evaluates and approves hiring and dismissal of staff.
Advises the Chief Executive Officer of anyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
