The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) leads all aspects of the acquisition process, including; attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates. The TAM partners and builds trusted relationships with DaVinciTek?s clients, working closely with hiring managers, senior leadership and HR representatives.

Responsibilities
Execute all facets of DaVinciTek?s proven talent acquisition process and recruitment strategies.
Maintain constant communication with clients and candidates, with a premium on in-person interaction.
Develop, maintain, cultivate and share a network of high value clients and candidates.
Aggressively use social media networks to expand the visibility of DaVinciTek.
Effective use of recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, The Ladders, etc.
Willingness to learn, be coached and participate in organization training programs.
Monitor and share relevant market trend information. Be a thought leader.
Comply with government, CGI and Human Resources laws, policies and procedures.

Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in Business/Management, Psychology, Sales/Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or IT.
3
years of relevant recruiting experience or 7
years IT leadership experience.
Proven success in recruiting and/or hiring all levels of Information Management professionals.
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven, rapid-fire environment.
Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently or as part of a team.
Nonpareil communication skills: Active listener, Accomplished Writer, Polished Speaker, Voracious Reader.
Highly developed critical thinker and decision maker.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and experienced with MS Office Suite.
Values the power of Social Media with an emphasis on LinkedIn.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
