Description:
Monitor the health of the current implementation of ITM infrastructure and the current deployed ITM agents;
Analyze and resolve issues relates to ITM environment, and assist in problem resolution including escalation to the IBM Tivoli software support organization;
Apply ITM patches and fixes to the ITM environment as needed;
Install, configure the ITM infrastructure components and agents;
Design and creation and updates of the ITM Situations for the deployed ITM agents;
Collect and analyze new monitoring requirements;
Gather and generate reports as needed to report on the health and operation status of the ITM deployment;
Creation and updates of the Tivoli Enterprise Portal (TEP) Views and provide recommendation and enhancements if needed.
Required / Desired Skills
Experience creating and updating Tivoli Enterprise Portal (TEP) Views and providing recommendations and enhancements (Required 4 Years)
Experience monitoring the health of Tivoli Hardware Monitoring (ITM) infrastructure and agents (Required 4 Years)
Experience analyzing and resolving issues relates to ITM environment (Required 4 Years)
Experience with problem resolution including escalation to the IBM Tivoli software support organization (Required 4 Years)
Experience with applying ITM patches and fixes to the ITM environment (Required 4 Years)
Experience Installing and configuring the ITM infrastructure components and agents (Required 4 Years)
