Fonteva (fonteva.com) is a dynamic, fast-growing software development company headquartered in Arlington, VA (Ballston Metro). We build dynamic end-to-end ERP for NGO's as well as a new cloud app framework similar to Java Spring.
We are seeking a Software BUILD TOOLS ENGINEER for our Product Development team.
Your responsibilities would include:
Develop tooling solutions for our product engineering team based on best-of-breed open source software
Design and develop custom tools/libraries in Java and Groovy that can be used as part of our build and deployment infrastructure (continuous delivery pipelines)
Map dependencies between applications using Java, Groovy and a third-party visualization library like AMCharts or D3.js
Develop dashboard tools to visualize automated workflows, library dependencies and build success
Contribute and release open source solutions; work with the Product and Delivery teams to share knowledge
Provide self-service tools for developers
Manage, build and contribute Jenkins plugins in Groovy and Java.
The ideal candidate's background includes:

years of relevant work experience in developing high-performance applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent commensurate experience
Confident programming skills in Java and Groovy
Experience and interest in leveraging CI tools such as Jenkins, Hudson and Bamboo.
Experience with Git, Perforce or SVN
Interest ExperienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
