BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities: Manage day to day activities in respect to special billing accounts. Assist in the setup and management of new and existing clients including but not limited to information gathering, coordination of internal meetings; preparation of forms and request documents; loading of information into our ERP / Fleet Management system
The Fleet Billing Specialist will:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all billing processes
Provide assistance and direction to associates
Monitor productivity, to include volumes, weekly goal achievement, phone, dispatch monitoring and time management
Provide reports of current volumes and revenue pending billing
Manage fleet files and report discrepancies immediately
Assist management with special projects that require immediate attention
Ensure all pending billing research requests are resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure QA of daily processes of billing associates' work
Train associates on department policies and procedures
Facilitate communication and policy implementation between associates and vendors
Mitigate billing holds, queries, and exceptions within reasonable time frame
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office products to with a focus on Excel
Proficient in English, verbally and in writing
General mechanical knowledge of material handling equipment
Professional attitude and exceptional interpersonal relations skills
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills required to engage with vendors, own staff, and corporate executives to exchange information, negotiate, influence and persuade
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to learn software quickly with limited training material
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
