The administrative assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple departments and locations. Duties will include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Additional responsibilities will include scheduling travel, processing expense reports, assisting with proposals, project/meeting planning and coordination, troubleshooting minor technical problems, maintain multiple department database records, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Extensive software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities
Must be able to problem solve, including identifying, assessing, and correcting problems
Must be able to keep accurate documentation, preventing problem reoccurrence
Strong communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written)
Advanced organization skills
Strong Interpersonal skills; must be a team player
Must follow all safety practices, understanding and applying company policies and procedures

Must Have:
Applicants must include salary history or requirements in application submission
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; business certificate or associates degree preferred
Must have a minimum of five (5) years administrative/office support experience
Must have expert level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access); testing will be required to determine skill level
Must be able to pass a physical, pre-employment drug screen, alcohol test, and a background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
