Responsibilities:
Using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), you receive work orders, identify faulty equipment, and acquire parts and equipment to complete repairs
Repair basic electrical systems
Repair plumbing
Repair chillers, cabinet coolers, packaged units, and industrial fans
Repairing critical equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, and completing assignments such as mechanical and electrical break-fix situations
Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with your customer as to important repair steps taken, parts ordered, and time estimated until completion
Participating in daily shift meetings, prioritizing and reviewing work orders to schedule daily work
Acquiring new electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge, better positioning you for advancement
## Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
5
years experience in HVAC field
Able to express basic HVAC principles used in HVAC maintenance technician work assignments
Chilled water plant experience required
Experience with Tracer Summit and Niagara operating systems preferred
Experience with high capacity cooling water circulating pumps, cooling towers, and flow control valves
Willing to develop new skills in the electrical and mechanical maintenance field
Brazing and soldering experience or the willingness to learn
Welding experience in mig and stick or the willingness to learn
Ability to use a multi meter for troubleshooting electrical circuits
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is preferred
Excellent verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
Highly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinking, troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethic
Able to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs
