Job Description
Primary Function: Run machinery in accordance with the goals of the department and plant while following standard work. Ensure safety, quality and efficiency while following all environmental, safety and quality regulations and company policies and practices.
The successful candidates will also be required to:
Participate in a high performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive
Communicate effectively and participate in a continuous improvement culture, including utilizing problem solving skills
Be flexible to all shifts
Be willing to cross-train into other areas
Communicate any issues to the appropriate resources in a timely manner
Keep work area clean and free of clutter
Work in a safe manner at all times
Perform other duties as necessary
Night shift; must be flexible for a 24/7 operation.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Other:
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Must be able to stand for long periods at a time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
