The Manager of Partnerships and New Business Models will support the development of key JJDS existing partnerships to ensure Franchise optimization of the contracted products, support the WW Marketing team and liaise with countries, partners and external agencies to assist in the creation, translation & adaptation of appropriate commercial materials including marketing, sales training and professional education materials, as well as liaise with local markets Globally to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of globally developed materials. They will identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth, drive acceptance of proposed new business models and support implementation of pilots, and will exhibit a global mindset in all your activities, preferably drawing on multi-market or international experience.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the success of existing JJDS partnerships, as well as be the key liaison with local countries to understand the needs and opportunities of key customers to enable innovation. The individual will monitor and review the landscape of new approaches emerging globally and liaise with J&J colleagues for potential application to JJDS.
Qualifications
A minimum of a BA/BS Degree is required, with a Masters Degree being strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required. Prior experience in both Sales / Marketing is strongly preferred. Healthcare or related experience in a regulated sector is mandatory. Global healthcare system and / or payer / reimbursement experience is required. P&L Management experience is required. The ability to influence others without authority is required. Must possess an innovative mindset. Collaboration and influencing skills are required. Prior experience executing marketing and sales programs across a variety of media is preferred. Up to 20% domestic and international travel is required.
