Position Summary
Manages the engineering change process for change orders request (COR) - request to quote a change to an existing project.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with Project Manager and Applications Engineer on issues regarding Proposal Package and Cost Sheet development
Assign COR Number
Develop cost estimate
Develop and Review Proposal Package
Maintain COR Log.xlsx database
Develop weekly COR Report
Adhere to all ISO procedures and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
BS degree in engineering or equivalent discipline, MBA a plus
3-5 years of direct experience in document administration
Direct experience in creation and distribution of CORs (Change Order Requests)
Extensive experience supporting engineering, manufacturing operations and customers
Familiar with materials and production processes and planning
Project or program management experience is a plus
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Excellent communication skills a must, both written and verbal
Ability to read and understand Bill of Materials and engineering drawings
Ability to drive for results in a timely manner
An organized self-starter, who can multitask in a very fast paced environment
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work and interact effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Works well in a team environment.

Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
