In January 2011, MSU implemented ERP solutions for HR/Payroll (SAP); Finance and Purchasing (Kuali Financials); and Business Intelligence (Cognos). MSU has migrated to a steady state operation where the responsibility of operating and maintaining each of the applications has been assigned to individual business owner units: Central Human Resources, HR/Payroll (SAP); Controller, Finance and Purchasing (Kuali Financials); Office of Planning and Budgets & IT Services, Business Intelligence (Cognos); and IT Services, Middleware and Infrastructure. Operations and maintenance of each of the applications falls to teams of Business Analysts and Developers. These teams are managed by Business Application Support (BAS) leads. Each team is responsible (in their specific application) for: end-user service desk ticket support; planning, testing, and implementing application patches and upgrades; updating their application to meet legislative mandates and legal requirements; implementing continuous improvement projects requested by the businesses; and implementing new functionality requested by the business. With the teams no longer falling under the same management and organizational structure, the selected candidate will serve as Integration Manager and provide a bridge between applications and the supporting infrastructure; will support annual integrated planning, plan execution and monitoring, conduct lessons learned, and provide support and guidance with problem resolution; reports to the Director of Integration Services and Project Controls; selected candidate will be embedded in one of four support teams: HR/Payroll ? SAP; Finance, KFS; BI, Cognos; IT Services, Middleware (University Systems) and Infrastructure (hardware and networks); in addition, will be expected to establish positive and productive working relationships with other integration managers, Business Application Support (BAS) team leads, and business owners while providing needed translation between the various functional and technical groups; the incumbent will be viewed as the go-to person who collaboratively works with teams on problems and conflict resolution, moving between the detail and big picture, as well as the current and future aspects of problems and their resolutions; this role provides critical support to the operations and support of these business systems by: coordinating the management of the integration touch points between the various applications, between the BAS teams and IT Services Middleware and/or Infrastructure, and between IT Services Middleware and Infrastructure; supporting the management of the annual planning process; supporting the management of scope change and controls process; coordinating and maintaining a consolidated operations calendar; coordinating the development of integrated task lists between teams related to changes to production environments (patches, upgrades, implementing new functionality); convening and facilitating meetings including standing meetings, issue identification and resolution meetings, or status meetings; supporting the resolution of application service outages (disruptions); coordinating root cause analysis of incidents and documents lessons learned; and providing backup and support for code and configuration migration.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in business administration, finance, human resource management, computer science, information systems, or a related field; five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in the areas of project management and/or program development and implementation; five years of experience with at least one or any combination of the following: business analysis, application development, or ERP implementation or operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
