This position will perform administration and proposal coordinator activities for the Commercial Department. This individual will report to the contracts manager and regularly interface with the contracts manager, technical support and other departments to successfully complete bid proposals and other commercial activities. This is an administrative assistant position.
1. To carry out estimating work in the Commercial Contracts department to enable the company to bid for work or to carry out budgetary estimates for clients.
2. To assist with department operations and reporting as required.
3. Liaise with all departments to obtain information for estimates.
4. Preparing cost estimate breakdown structures.
5. Supplying the necessary information to maintain updated the cost estimate data base.
6. Examine well applications in order to recommend appropriate tools and procedures for tender packages.
7. Other duties as assigned by the Commercial Contracts Manager.
1. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
3. Exceptional team player.
4. Strong communication and relationship skills.
5. Ability to research and analyze information regarding contracts.
6. Basic math skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
8. Ability to read well schematics and generate equipment lists is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
