Vendor relations
Post cash activity
Bank reconciliations
Review and sign off on all management company expense reports
Analyze accruals
Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
Assist the Controller with quarterly and annual financial statements and audit
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Responsibilities:
Maintain and process outsourced payroll system for 50 employees and interns
Perform new employee orientation
Manage the employee benefit program;
Health, dental and medical Insurance
401k, Form 5500 Support
Bonus program
Group life insurance
COBRA benefits
Long term disability
Workman's compensation insurance program
Personnel files
Other special projects;
Tracking equipment leases and document storage
Reviewing, analyzing and managing the corporate credit card
Requirements:
BA/BS degree required.

years of experience in a position handling payroll/benefits and accounting.
Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential information in a professional manner.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive and upbeat attitude, high integrity, and professional.
Strong ability to work in a team environment.
MS Office required. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
