The candidate will work with and assist the Vice President ? Litigation and Administration on various managed care and reimbursement matters. Will provide legal support for Managed Care. Manage outside counsel on legal research projects and Managed Care-related matters. Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations, including the Accountable Care Act and regulations regarding Qualified Health Plan Exchanges. Legal review of payor contracts and development of template language and best practices. Support strategic contracting initiatives. Management and resolution of reimbursement disputes; and secondary legal support for all Managed Care-related litigation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
