Job Description : Change Management/Customer PPAP
Support and provide direction to Global Change Mgt process improvements via weekly call with team
Review and assign Reason for Release to all ECOs globally. This occurs on a daily basis.
Meet with CM every other week to review metrics. Currently they are creating Global Metrics.
Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Supervisor for activities of Customer PPAP, Product color measurements and dimensional layouts
CAD requirements
Coordinator through regional personnel needs for CAD software, computers and processes
Ensure needs are supported and yearly maintenance agreements are completed for UGNX, TeamCenter, Mentor Graphics, Master Control, Legacy systems Catia & Ideas.
Budget
Develop NA Budget and CAPEX in conjunction with Engineering Managers and Finance group.
Establish templates for engineering mgr input for prototype tool, external validation, travel, training, FH validation, software.
Establish budget needs for Temp Labor, on site for NA and off site/shore Global needs. Track adherence through year.
Track and report monthly NA Engineering Headcount. Review with NA HR Director.
Report monthly on NA Temp Labor and NA Engineering Headcount for midmonth.
Review and submit proposal for NA Engineering midmonth forecast.
Currently updating, confirming with EU/AP Eng Mgrs needs for 2014 Temp Labor.
Coordinate Engineering CIS.
Process
Direct and coordinate any and all updates to global engineering procedure, work instruction and forms.
Review and approve all items in #1 for approval for release into Global BPM.
Champion for Chrysler DFSS Initiative
C40 Design Reviews
Coordinate and Schedule all Design Reviews on a bi-monthly basis.
Attend and disposition all Design Reviews globally.
Attend Monthly EWM meeting to review summary of Clarity extract of C40 Design Reviews conducted for the month
NA Complex Switch Team
Provide onsite support, direction and mentoring to NA Complex Switch Team
VVIPL
Working to finalize costing with VVIPL to determine feasibility of using them for off shore Mechanical design and analysis support
Global Material Master Lead for deployment of SAP
Coordinated and reported to Global SAP team identification of duplicate or unique parts for electronic components, lubricants and greases
Support creation of Purchasing Part Classification Module within Total Connect SuiteEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
