To efficiently assists customers with all aspects of the sale of products in the Store and tickets from the Box Office, while maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Must greets customers, ring sales in Micros, issue tickets from the Ticket Master system and collect due monies from them.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Superior customer skills required. Proper phone etiquette, people and communication skills. Prior cash handling experience preferred.
Prior Retail and/or tickets sales experience preferred.
