Creative Foam's facility in Fenton, MI has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service/Sales Coordinator reporting to Plant Manager.
Key
Responsibilities:
Managing customer orders/releases on a daily basis
Receive and enter new PO's and ensure accuracy of all new PO's
Daily management of several customer databases for releases, quality and shipping information
Manage office supply inventory and other MRO related purchases
Maintain sales records (PO's, shippers, customer correspondence, drawings material certs etc.)
Strong Communication with suppliers and customers with Quality issues, track and monitor material (especially over sea's shipments)
Monitor ship dates, carriers, truck load shipments, quotes for shipments and lead times
Work with the estimating department on cost sheets and process routings
Requirements:
Some customer service experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PLEX experience beneficial
Strong communication skills
