Develop comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategies. Should be an expert in the practices and procedures of the recruiting field. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to manage workload and accomplish recruitment goals. Experience recruiting for Salesforce.com positions is a must. Needs to have a significant network of Salesforce.com professionals.
Salesforce.Com Mandatory Skills
Proven track record of successful recruiting in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Familiarity with recruiting tools including Applicant tracking systems, job boards and social media.
Extensive personal network of Salesforce.com candidates.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com skills and roles.
Assignment Start Date
ASAP
Assignment Length
3-6 months with possible extensionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
