Associate Counsel
The candidate will assist in-house counsel group responsible for commercial transactions, including hardware purchase agreements, software licenses, professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, regulated and unregulated communications service agreements, sales agreements and real estate transactions. Will assist in the drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements. Law degree and admission to at least one state Bar required. Top tier law school is preferred. Transactional experience at a major law firm or comparable setting, with heavy emphasis on contract drafting and negotiation, is preferred. Experience with hardware purchase agreements, software licenses, professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, regulated and unregulated communications service agreements, sales agreements and/or real estate transactions, specifically, is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
