Overview:
Provide leadership to a team of multi-skilled individuals who are responsible for field operations in Oxy's Williston Business Unit. The operations consist of flowing and artificially-lifted oil wells. The next several years will see high drilling, facility and optimization activity with increasing production rates.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and supervision of the local field operations in Oxy's Williston business unit operations, located in Dickinson, North Dakota.
Provide leadership and direction for health, environmental, safety , production and financial results.
Field management of the many activities related to operation of the field including:
- Well operations - Surface operations - Well servicing
- Cost management - HES focus - Regulatory compliance
- Contractor management - Minor construction - Production Surveillance
Qualifications:
10 years experience in field related operations of flowing and artificially-lifted oil wells, well servicing, facility operations and maintenance methods.
Demonstrates strong leadership of employees and contractors.
Demonstrates and promotes HES and regulatory awareness and compliance.
Strong business background and in-depth understanding of key financial measures.
Demonstrates ability to build/maintain team cohesiveness, effectively motivate, coach and mentor team members.
Demonstrates ability to work effectively with other teams or departments, excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong, proven and analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Must have valid driver''s license and good driving record.

Job: Manager/SupervisorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
